Service

TopGrade Health provides cloud or self-hosted hospital management software including OPD, EMR, lab, pharmacy, and billing modules.

Acceptable use

You must use the platform lawfully, protect credentials, and ensure staff access follows your internal policies and applicable healthcare regulations.

Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be communicated where possible.
